Silviculturist of the Year
The Silviculturist of the Year award is provided to individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of silviculture practices, knowledge, or research and who are respected within the coastal silviculture community. The recipient of the Silviculturist of the Year award must demonstrate dedication to the sharing of silvicultural knowledge and/or the promotion of sound silvicultural practices. Recipients may be nominated by anyone participating in our workshops by filling out the form below and contacting any of our current Directors. |

Student Awards
The Committee works with VIU, UBC, and BCIT to annually recognize students who have demonstrated a commitment to excellence in silviculture. Recipients are selected by educators and the awards are presented at the CSC Winter Workshop.
