2011 Summer Workshop Accommodation Options

The AAVA Whistler Hotel located in the Whistler Village (http://www.aavawhistlerhotel.com) is offering workshop delegates rooms for

CDN$100.30 plus tax of $14.29 = $114.59

Aava is happy to honour the preferred rate if any participant would like to stay an extra night or two to enjoy their weekend in Whistler!

They have reserved 30 rooms for the workshop with an option for 20 more if required but will release any rooms not booked by June 12th

Underground and outdoor parking is available for $19.00 per day plus tax.

There are 13 over height spaces available outside; the underground clearance is 6'2"

To book a room, call into the central reservation number 1 877 932 2280 and tell them that you are part of the

Coastal Silviculture Committee Meeting on Wed. June 22nd.

They will take down your name, number, mailing address and credit card information to hold a room for you.
